Features:

* Gantry structure with stationery columns and moveable milling table.

* One Milling head on elevating ctoss rail.

* Cross rail moves vertically (Z axis) and vertical milling heads move ctoss (Y axis) on rail. Milling table moves horizontally (YAxis)

* Rectangular guideways on three axises, X guideways are treated with constant current static-pressure for heavy duty cutting. The step type Y axis guidways are combines sliding and rolling movements. Z axis cross rail is of 500*500mm square structure.

* Made of high grade casting for great rididity and accuracy.

* AC servo motor drives ball screw or double gear and rack for X axis. Y and Z axis ball screws are powered by AC servo motors. Encoders are adopted to realize semi-closed loop control.

* Spindle Drive. The AC servo motor is connected to the spindle via automatic gear-box with two speeds. Spindle can perform low speed with big torque heavy-duty cutting, or high speed cutting with constant power an dprecision cutting. Hight precision bearing are used on spindles. Automatic tool change, automatic step change, automatic tapping reverse, automatic cleaning are all standard configuration. Y axis ram movement was balbaced and controled by a double hydraulic cylindrs.

* Standard FANUC01-MC CNC system. FANUC181-MB, Simense 802D and Simense 8400 are popular optional CNC system.

* Lubrication and chip and coolant liqud recycle and all done automatically.
